Ben Galang is Rosario's strict foster father. He does not like for his adopted daughter to be with Juan, who he thinks is incapable of giving Rosario a secure future due to Juan's financial status and Juan lacking in educational accomplishment. When Ben was informed of Juan's job as the Tagabantay his disaproval to Juan grew and who is only concern for Rosario's safety from whatever threat Juan's occupation may affect his daughter.
