The Alejandro Residences, was the home of the Alejandro family consisting of Samuel and Laura Alejandro and their son Mikael Reyes. Juan's adopted family consisting of Belen, Pikoy and Asiong also lived in this house temporarily after their house was burned in an arson by aswangs ordered by Kael. They left the house after Pikoy annoyed Laura by attempting to show evidence that their maid is an aswang. Samuel offered Juan's adopted family to move to his other house, which is vacant but Belen refused.
